Privacy Policy

Fulton and 44th ("we," "us," "our") publishes the Redesign AI iOS app ("Redesign AI," the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. By using Redesign AI, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Redesign AI doesn't require an account, and we don't collect your name, email address, or other identifying contact information through the App itself.
Photos and images
When you photograph or select a photo of a room and ask Redesign AI to generate a redesign, that photo and your text description are sent to our server, which forwards them to our AI processing provider to generate the redesigned image and to identify furniture and decor visible in the result. We do not permanently store your room photos on our servers — they're processed to produce your result and then discarded. The original photo and the generated result are saved locally on your device (via Apple's on-device storage) so you can view them again in the app; we don't have access to that on-device copy.
Room measurements
If you use the AR room-measurement feature, the dimensions it captures are used only to inform the redesign request and are not retained separately from that request.
Camera and photo library access
The App requests camera access to photograph rooms and to power AR room measurement, and lets you pick existing photos via Apple's photo picker. Apple's photo picker runs outside the App and only shares the specific photo you choose — Redesign AI never gets broader access to your photo library.
Anonymous app identifier
Each install of Redesign AI is assigned an anonymous identifier by our subscription provider, RevenueCat. We send this identifier to our server along with each redesign request so we can check your subscription status and enforce the free-tier usage limit. This identifier isn't tied to your name or contact information and can't be used to identify you personally.
Store preferences
The retailers you select during onboarding (e.g. IKEA, West Elm, Article) are stored on your device and sent with each redesign request so we can prioritize matching furniture from stores you prefer.
Purchase and subscription information
Subscriptions are billed and processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage entitlements; RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription data (such as your anonymous app identifier, product purchased, and transaction status) from Apple to determine what you're entitled to. We never see or receive your payment details — Apple handles billing directly. See Apple's and RevenueCat's own privacy policies for how each of them handles this data.
Diagnostic information
Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymized crash and performance data through App Store Connect. We don't operate any separate analytics or advertising SDKs in the App.
How We Use Information
- To generate the room redesign and furniture matches you request
- To enforce free-tier usage limits and verify active subscriptions
- To prioritize furniture results from your preferred retailers
- To maintain, secure, and improve the App
Third-Party Services
Redesign AI relies on the following third parties to operate:
- AI processing provider — generates the redesigned image and identifies furniture in it from the photo and prompt you submit.
- RevenueCat — manages subscription entitlements on our behalf.
- Apple — processes App Store purchases and provides the camera, photo picker, and AR frameworks the App uses.
- Our backend infrastructure provider — hosts the server functions and database that power redesign requests and the furniture catalog.
Furniture results in the App link out to third-party retailer websites (such as IKEA, West Elm, or Article). Once you tap through to a retailer's site, that retailer's own privacy policy and terms apply — we don't control and aren't responsible for their practices.
Data Retention and Your Choices
Because Redesign AI doesn't use accounts, your redesign history lives only on your device. Deleting the App deletes that history. To stop the App from accessing your camera, you can revoke camera permission at any time in iOS Settings.
If you'd like us to delete any information associated with your anonymous app identifier from our systems (such as your free-tier usage count), contact us at the email below and we'll process your request.
Children's Privacy
Redesign AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Data Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect information processed by the App. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
International Users
Our servers and service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. By using the App, you consent to this transfer and processing.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
