Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Redesign AI iOS app ("Redesign AI," the "App"), published by Fulton and 44th ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Redesign AI. If you're under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

2. The Service

Redesign AI lets you photograph a room, describe changes you'd like to see, and receive an AI-generated redesigned image along with suggested furniture and decor available from third-party retailers. Results are generated by an AI model and are provided for inspiration only — they are not professional interior design, architectural, or structural advice, and dimensions, colors, and materials shown may not be perfectly accurate.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and descriptions you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited license to process it — including sending it to our AI processing provider — solely to generate your redesign and furniture matches. You're responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it doesn't violate any law or any other person's rights (for example, don't submit photos of spaces or people you don't have permission to photograph, or content that's unlawful, infringing, or contains someone else's private information without consent).

4. Free Usage and Subscriptions

Redesign AI provides a limited number of free redesigns. Continued use beyond that limit requires a paid subscription ("Redesign AI Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store and renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iOS device's Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Pricing, trial terms, and renewal terms are disclosed at the point of purchase and are subject to Apple's App Store terms. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's own policies — we don't have the ability to issue refunds directly.

5. Furniture Results and Third-Party Retailers

Furniture and decor shown in your results are suggested matches from third-party retailers' catalogs and may not exactly reproduce what's shown in your AI-generated image. Prices, availability, and product details are set by those retailers and can change without notice. Tapping a product takes you to the retailer's own website or app, which is outside our control — your purchase, if any, is a transaction between you and that retailer, governed by their terms. We may earn a commission on purchases made through these links.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit photos or prompts depicting illegal content, or that infringe someone's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or the systems behind it
• Use automated means to access the App's backend outside of normal use of the App itself

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The App itself — its design, code, and branding — is owned by Fulton and 44th and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license to use the App as intended, these Terms don't grant you any rights in our intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and its AI-generated results are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated results will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fulton and 44th will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or discontinue the App, or your access to it, at any time, including for violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, to the extent applicable to your use of the App.
